Eres un dracólogo aficionado en el mundo de Wyrmspan, un lugar donde dragones de todas las formas, tamaños y colores surcan los cielos. Excava un laberinto oculto que descubriste recientemente en tus tierras y atrae a estas hermosas criaturas para que aniden en el santuario de tus cuevas.

Durante una partida de Wyrmspan, construirás un santuario para dragones de todas las formas y tamaños. Tu santuario comienza con 3 espacios excavados: el espacio más a la izquierda en tu Caverna Carmesí, tu Gruta Dorada y tu Abismo Amatista. A lo largo de la partida, excavarás espacios adicionales en tu santuario y atraerás dragones para que vivan allí, encadenando poderosas habilidades y ganando el favor del Gremio de Dragones.

Wyrmspan está inspirado en los mecanismos de Wingspan, aunque sus elementos únicos hacen de Wyrmspan un juego independiente (no compatible con Wingspan).
