The six promo cards slot right into my existing setup without any rules headaches, which I was worried about. Genotype's scoring mechanic makes you plan ahead in a way the base realms don't, so it's earned a permanent spot in the deck.
Genotype adds a nice twist to the realm-rolling formula, especially the way the six cards push you toward different combo decisions. I've played it a dozen times now and it still changes how I plan my turns. Just remember you need the base game first, since this is only the promo pack.
Six cards doesn't sound like much until you're drafting them mid-game and suddenly your whole resource strategy shifts. The Genotype-inspired mechanics fit right in with the core set, and they've become my go-to pick when I want a round to feel different.
