The smaller artifact tokens actually fit in the tray now, which was my biggest gripe with the old edition. The updated multiplayer rulebook cleared up the turn order mess we'd been arguing about for months.
Solo play flows so much better with the updated rulebook — it clears up the fiddly bits I used to stumble over. The board’s double-sided design gives two distinct map feels for the same setup, which is decent value if you already own the expansion.
The double-sided board is the standout for me—having both map variants in one clean piece makes setup way less fiddly. Took a solo game out of the box last night and the updated rules finally click without constant page-flipping.
