The objective tiles completely changed how my group plans our turns, and the new caves add a nice layer of strategy without slowing things down. We got through a full game in about an hour, which is perfect for a weeknight.
I’ve already played three sessions since it arrived, and the new dragon variety alone makes every cave feel fresh—my group keeps discovering combos we missed the first time. The objective tiles are a nice push to try strategies I normally skip, and setup didn’t take much longer than the base game.
The new dragons and caves alone would have been worth it, but the objective tiles really tie a run together and make each game feel less like pure chaos and more like a plan. I’ve played three times already and the variation keeps me coming back.
