The clinking sound when I drop them into the pot is so satisfying, and the metal gives them a real heft that the cardboard tokens just can't match. They fit perfectly in the slots and make every purchase feel like actual money changing hands.
The weight of these in your hand makes the whole game feel more premium. Having all 50 be $1 coins keeps the math simple, no squinting at denominations. My group actually fights over who gets to hold the bank now.
Swapping the cardboard tokens for these was the best upgrade I've made to game night. The weight of each coin feels substantial in your hand, and since they're all $1s there's no fumbling over mixed denominations.
