The dual-layered cardboard is sturdier than I expected, and my cards finally stay put during a full game instead of sliding around mid-turn. Fits the 3x3 grid perfectly, so no more nudging everything back into place.
Honestly, I bought these mostly as a backup, but the dual-layered cardboard has held up great across two game nights so far. The grid keeps our 3x3 setups perfectly intact, even with a few dramatic table bumps mid-game.
I was skeptical cardboard mats would hold up, but the dual-layer construction feels surprisingly sturdy and lies flat on the table from the first game. Having all six in the box means our whole group can finally stop chasing stray cards around the tabletop.
