Scythe : Envahisseurs venus d'ailleurs

Albion's ability to spread out and grab territory fast completely changed how our group plays. My usual strategy fell apart the first game because their flag mechanic lets them expand where I couldn't. Best expansion purchase I've made this year.

The Togawa faction's trap-laying mechanic completely changes how you defend your territory, and it pairs surprisingly well with the base game's encounter cards. Two factions for the price of one expansion is a solid deal.

Albion's flag-planting ability gives you a reason to race across the map instead of turtling in your home territory, which my group desperately needed. Both new factions slot into the base game without any rules headaches, and setup barely takes longer than before.
