Wasn't sure I needed a mat until I flipped this one over — the hex outlines make setup so much faster, and the art side looks great on the table between games. The rubber has just enough grip that cards don't slide around when someone bumps the table.
The double-stitched edges give me real peace of mind since my group tends to be rough sliding cards around, and after a few sessions there’s zero fraying. I flip to the art-only side when we’re just chatting, and it’s like getting two mats for the price of one.
The reversible design is such a nice touch—we play with the art side out at home, but the hex outlines make setup a breeze when we're teaching new players. Double-stitched edges have held up fine through a few months of weekly use.
