The Hokkaido promo cards bring a fun new layer to Rolling Realms—the unique scoring conditions on each card keep every game feeling different. The mountain-themed art is a nice touch, too.
The Hokkaido cards add some really neat scoring twists that made our Tuesday game night feel fresh again. Six cards doesn't sound like much, but each one plays differently enough that I keep reaching for them.
Wasn't sure six promo cards would change much, but the Hokkaido set fits right into our rotation now. The new scoring options make solo runs way less predictable.
