The worker-placement mechanic clicks after one round, and the 86 wooden tokens make the vineyard feel tactile instead of abstract. Solo mode held up better than I expected for a game that plays up to six.
Played this with five friends last night and the 45-90 minute playtime was spot on—we finished a tense three rounds right at the hour mark. The 86 wooden tokens really elevate the feel of planting and harvesting, way more satisfying than flimsy cardboard pieces.
The wooden tokens for the grapes and fields are so chunky and satisfying to handle, and I love that the worker placement spots stay tense even with just three of us. Setup took a bit longer than I expected at first, but once we got the rhythm down, our games wrapped right around the 60-minute mark.
